Buel Young/MVA Spokesman: "We have plates from as far as Nebraska, there's quite a few plates from NJ, so are these the ordinary individuals that would be coming in because they moved to the area? We don't know."

Do you think when they get their license and that car (with Delaware tags)(applies to Cecil Cty) that they have proper insurance??? Think not...So who pays when they hit you? State of Maryland makes the "legal" people pay outrageous sums of money to inspect, tag, emmissions test, have car insurance or face HEFTY daily charges if it lapses or mistake of some kind is made Oh yeah we gotta save the bay too! I have complained to the Governor about the illegal tags and nothing has been done in my area yet....Law enforcement don't give a shit!
